How TPSIS WebApp works sequentially: -
Enroll New Student form is the entry gate to the App. New student's individual data are first entered through this form. This form will be used once in a year.
After MSCTE Shillong, published the term end results, it should be immediately updated through Backlog Management form for each student.
After performing step 2, Update Semester and year is to be done immediately for all current students whose results were updated.
The rest of the forms are to be used as and when required. For example when any student quit the course in between, Dropouts Management form can be used to remove the student from the system. Generate and Downloads menu will be solely used by the exam cell. Similarly for the other forms not stated here.
